Together, we support individual & community well-being.
Guided & silent meditation, sensory awareness practices for nervous system balance. Optional dialogue after class.
Tuesday Evenings from 6:30 - 7:30 pm (MST, Arizona) at TCMC or online via Zoom. Be sure to check the TCMC calender to make sure the class is not Zoom only this week
TCMC is located near the Loft Theater, midtown Tucson, at 1147 N Howard Blvd
No class fee. Suggested Donation - $5-$15 per class or $20-$60 per month.
Donations to TCMC gratefully accepted in-person & online. Donations are optional, and no one is turned away due to inability to pay.

Bonnie Colby, PhD - meditation teacher, university professor
Bonnie is grateful for decades immersed in restorative practices of world cultures — through her work in neuro-behavior of conflict & collaboration. Dr. Colby has taught meditation since 1998. She teaches from her lived experience in health crises, grief & loss, fostering creative expression. Bonnie longs for us each to taste how meditation can vibrantly infuse our lives. She is a cancer survivor, experienced in applying practices to pain, healing and restoring optimism. Dr. Colby is an author & trauma-informed meditation teacher, with a background in restorative movement. Bonnie values her trainings with IamHeart, Unified Mindfulness,Continuum Montage, Unyte & Capacitar International. She lives in Tucson with her husband Ted.
